La serie se centra en Louie, un pequeño conejo blanco antropomórfico en edad preescolar que viste una playera amarilla y shorts rojos, el cual siempre está acompañado de una mariquita llamada Yoko. Por lo general ambos están en sus asuntos hasta que se presenta un problema, usualmente asociado con un personaje terciario que acaban de conocer. Queriendo ayudar, Louie se va en búsqueda de sus lápices de colores donde Yoko habla con el personaje terciario o con la audiencia.

With his drawings, Louie is able to help Tom overcome his fears in an adventure that leads them to Santa’s Grotto, where the elves make toys.
