Miniserie de TV de 2 episodios. A finales de 1888, un asesino en serie apodado ”Jack el destripador” se dedica a asesinar prostitutas de forma muy violenta, sembrando el terror en el East End de Londres. Un Inspector de Scotland Yard emprende una investigación para esclarecer los hechos, aunque para ello tenga que involucrar a algunas de las máximas autoridades del país.
