Ambientada a comienzos del siglo XX, 'Gran Hotel' arranca en el año 1905 cuando Julio (Yon González) llega hasta una paradisiaca campiña donde se alberga una lujosa residencia. Aunque su objetivo es encontrar pistas que le lleven hasta su hermana desaparecida, allí ocurrirá algo con lo que no contaba. El joven conoce a Alicia Alarcón (Amaia Salamanca), la atractiva y dulce hija de Teresa Alarcón (Concha Velasco), la propietaria del hotel.
