La historia de "El Príncipe" se sitúa en la conflictiva barriada de El Príncipe Alonso, en Ceuta, lugar donde Fran (José Coronado) no duda en imponer el orden recurriendo a métodos poco ortodoxos, algo que parece peligrar con la llegada de Morey (Álex González), un agente que llega a la comisaría con la misión de investigar una supuesta colaboración de la policía con una red yihadista. Su situación se complicará con la llegada a su vida de Fátima (Hiba Abouk), una joven profesora musulmana que trata de encontrar a su hermano pequeño, desaparecido hace algún tiempo, y que se opone a las actividades delictivas de su otro hermano (Rubén Cortada).
