Stath es un agente inmobiliario grecochipriota que trabaja en una pequeña empresa familiar del norte de Londres. Vasos, su excéntrico padre y jefe, se muere de ganas de retirarse, y la línea sucesoria estaría clara de no ser por un pequeño detalle: en lo que respecta al alquiler de pisos, Stath es un auténtico inútil.
