ロンドンのウエストエンドで上演予定だった舞台が新型コロナウイルスの影響で延期に。演出家のサイモンは主演のデヴィッド・テナントとマイケル・シーンに、オンラインでリハーサルを続けようと提案するが…。ロックダウン下でＷＥＢ会議ツールを使い、それぞれの自宅からリモート撮影。主演２人だけでなく豪華ゲストが本人役で出演し、コロナ禍のスターの素顔をドキュメンタリー風に捉えイギリスで大ヒットしたコメディ。
