アメリカのプロレスリング界に、“黄色い悪魔”と呼ばれて恐れられた日本人レスラーがいた。虎の仮面を着けた覆面戦士、その名はタイガーマスク。彼の素顔は伊達直人という孤児院育ちの青年だった。悪役レスラーの教育機関である“虎の穴”で、卑劣な悪魔として戦う術を徹底的に叩き込まれたのだ。だが、かつて自分が育った孤児院が経営難で存続の危機にあると知ると、幼なじみのルリ子や子供たちのために、自分がタイガーマスクであることを隠したままファイトマネーで借金を返済しようと申し出る。彼はそのために“虎の穴”への上納金を支払うことが出来なくなり、次々と襲い来る刺客レスラーと戦うことになるのだった。組織を裏切り、黄色い悪魔の肩書きも捨て、孤独な戦士として生まれ変わったタイガー。頼れるのは自分の力のみ。白いマットのジャングルで、今、戦いの火ぶたが切って落とされる！
