時は「太正」。陸軍・米田は帝国華撃団構想を推進していた。そのため、霊子甲冑に適した少女たちが集められ「帝国華撃団」が結成。帝国華撃団は表の顔「帝国歌劇団」の活動も開始。かくして花組は宿敵・黒之巣会に対しての戦いに備えるのであった。
