The Angry Video Game Nerd (с англ. — «Злобный видеоигровой задрот»; сокращается до AVGN) — главный герой одноимённого видеошоу, серии обзоров видеоигр для игровых консолей прошлых лет. Обзоры обычно посвящены юмористической критике низкокачественных видеоигр. Серия создана Джеймсом Д. Рольфом, исполняющим роль главного героя. Она получила начальную популярность благодаря публикации первых видео на сайте YouTube. После этого она стала публиковаться на сайте ScrewAttack и впоследствии вместе с двумя другими эксклюзивными сериями была передана сайту GameTrailers, на котором публиковалась до закрытия сайта. По данным сайта GameTrailers, размещённые на нём серии имеют от полумиллиона до двух миллионов просмотров. Впоследствии серия стала публиковаться исключительно на YouTube.
