Cитком "Красиво жить не запретишь" - один из самых знаменитых сериалов. А собственно, что в нем? Казалось бы, ничего особенного - 2 женщины под (или за) 40, вечно пьяные или с похмела, вечно гуляющие, кое-как работающие, всегда веселящиеся, собираются на кухне и болтают, шутят, иногда вместе куда-то выбираются... но чаще всего - обсуждают свои отношения с мужчинами. Точнее, чаще отсутствие таковых, Смех до колик во время всего сериала обеспечен! А во многих ситуациях вы узнаете и себя! Итак, это история только про Эдди и Патси. Или: про Пэтси и Эдди. Ну а все остальное - это просто в довесок. Они живут в 90-ые, но всем своим существом они все равно находятся в любимых ими 60-х и 70-х: "В 60-ые мы были в сильном наркотическом опьянении. В 70-ые мы носили туфли на высоких каблуках, а в 80-ые, мы панковали и были слишком заняты прокалыванием носов!".
