Сериал воссоединит самую популярную команду супергероев: Железный Человек, Халк, Капитан Америка, Тор, Соколиный Глаз, Черная Вдова, а также новичок Сокол. Впервые в истории анимации команда соберется в таком составе. Ведомые Железным Человеком, герои тренируются и живут вместе в своей новой штаб-квартире в Башне Мстителей. Самый опасные злодеи планеты не имеют ни единого шанса, когда речь идет о Мстителях. Остановить Доктора Дума или отвоевать Асгард, защитить Нью-Йорк от армии Аттумы или победить вампиров Дракулы — Мстители должны работать в команде, чтобы победить.
