Overview: Skip & Harry arrive in Pittsburgh where Harry's twin brother (Larry Riley in a dual role) is a local farm team football hero. This brother is also in debt to mobsters at the gambling casino for $40,000. A Pittsburgh cop who always keeps a close watch on the football hero in hopes of catching our heroes and collecting a $100,000 reward is always around and 2 steps behind. A lot of fun with mistaken identity is played out until the gangsters are thwarted, the big football game is won, and Skip & Harry make a narrow escape on a hot air balloon.
