Together, Julius and Itsy cause a lot of trouble in the peaceful sanctuary. Finally, two crazy patients - one dressed as doctor and one as a nurse, want to interrupt a lobotomy which is to be performed on Adrienne and Langston to heal them from their phobia. Itsy saves them at the very last moment
