Night Man is an American action/adventure/sci-fi series that aired in syndication from September 15, 1997 to May 17, 1999. The series is loosely based on a comic book published by Malibu Comics and was created by Steve Englehart and developed for television by Glen A. Larson. It stars Matt McColm as the title character, a superhero whose real name was Johnny Domino, a saxophonist. Englehart would write three episodes of the series. Night Man is also one of the few series to cross over with characters from Larson's previous series: in the episode "Manimal", Johnny allies with Professor Jonathan Chase, the star of the short-lived 1980s' series Manimal.

Tổng quan: After being struck by the fatal lightning storm a year before, computer genius Kieran Keyes created a living internet called the Ultraweb. After discovering the true identity of NightMan, Keyes lures Johnny's father Frank Dominus into the Ultraweb, ultimately creating a showdown between father and son - Dominus only knowing NightMan as Bay City's masked vigilante. NightMan threatens to put Keyes out permanently if he doesn't spare Frank's life and release him from the Ultraweb's confines. Keyes agrees to send Frank back, killing him in the process. NightMan makes a new archenemy.

Tổng quan: After Raleigh has a nightmare in which Kieren Keyes' Ultraweb causes the destruction of The House of Soul, a real nightmare occurs when the fulltime singer, Jasmine, is electrocuted during a performance by what appears to be a shorted wire in her microphone. Johnny is almost certain Keyes is trying to get a singer inside the club to keep tabs. When time-to-time singer Crystal shows up to offer herself as a sub during Jasmine's recovery, suspicion arises as to if perhaps a past singer, who wants to have a full time gig at The House of Soul, was hired out by Keyes to carry out the sabatoge.
