Từ một hành tinh tên là 'Life Core', tồn tại song song với thế giới loài người, những cô gái được gọi là 'Jūden-chan' \(những cô gái sạc điện\) đang tuần tra thế giới loài người để tìm kiếm những cá nhân cảm thấy chán nản và xui xẻo.
