凡是喜欢《海军罪案调查处》的朋友对《洛杉矶》其实并不陌生－－该剧的头两集（被命名为《传奇》）本季已经插在《海军罪案调查处》正剧中播出了。《洛杉矶》主要讲述了海军罪案调查处专门从事秘密监视任务的分支部门OSP（特别项目办公室，Office of Special Project）打击高科技犯罪、逮捕最危险的罪犯并维护国家安全的故事。
