Established by June Foray in 1972, the Annie Awards have become animation’s highest honor. The Annies are dedicated to celebrating distinguished members of our community, past and present, and to recognize the best animated productions of the year, both individual and group achievements.

Նկարագրություն: The 2012 Annie Awards, held for the fourth year in a row at UCLA's beautiful Art Deco treasure Royce Hall, was hosted by the irreverent comedian and actor Patton Oswalt. This year's event drew perhaps the largest crowd in the history of the awards, due in part to the return of Disney and Pixar Animation Studios, and the fact that more nominees were being honored in 28 categories across the board.
